With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Albert and Tracy Scott started their business out of a passion for serving their community. Fantastic service!! Tracy and team at 1st Class Auto Glass were responsive, explained everything clearly and worked with my insurance and the dealer to get the windshield ordered for my vehicle. Even when the dealership dropped the ball on my windshield delivery, Tracy was patient, so professional and reached out to let me know an updated timeline for my repair. Other places in town failed to return my calls, or were not prepared to help when I arrived, so I had to leave with no repair after arriving for a scheduled appointment. I really appreciate that 1st Class treated me like a valued customer, greeting me when I arrived and thanking me for my business. I know it's a small touch, but it matters ☺️. When my windshield replacement was done, there were no dirty hand prints on my beige/white interior either - the dealership isn't even this clean, ha! I would absolutely recommend you call 1st Class Auto Class before anyone else to get your windshield repair lined up!
